Information Stored Locally

The following information is stored only on your device:

• Playlist configurations and channel lists
• Your favorite channels and custom categories
• App settings and preferences
• Playback position for resume functionality

How We Use Your Information

Since we don't collect your personal information, we don't use it for any purpose. All data processing happens locally on your device to provide the app's functionality.

Data Storage and Security

Local Storage

All your playlists, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using iOS's secure storage mechanisms. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to sync via iCloud.

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud sync in your device settings, your app preferences may be synchronized across your Apple devices through Apple's iCloud service. This is handled entirely by Apple's secure infrastructure, and we have no access to this data.

Third-Party Services

IPTV Providers

When you add an IPTV playlist, the app connects directly to your IPTV provider's servers. We are not involved in this connection and do not have access to your provider's content or your viewing activity.

No Analytics or Tracking

Genral Pro does not use any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking tools. We don't embed any code that monitors your usage or behavior.

Children's Privacy

Genral Pro does not collect any information from users of any age. The app is safe for children to use, as no personal data is collected or transmitted.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any user information with third parties because we don't collect any user information in the first place.
